Shipping Options
All of our products are made to order or are back-ordered and shipped directly from third party suppliers using standard ground shipping options from a variety of carriers. This is not something we have direct control over, but some suppliers will offer expedited shipping options during busy periods for late packages. We will work with customers to select those options ONLY when available for late packages. You will be provided with a tracking number to ensure you receive your order.

Cost of Shipping
We charge predetermined rates per item purchased. Most items cost $4.99 for domestic U.S. shipping or $6.99 for international shipping. These per item rates decrease the more items you purchase.

Shipping & Handling Times
Order early if you are ordering for holidays, birthdays or other events. Items made to order can take up to 10 days to complete production, especially during the busy holiday season. Back-ordered items can also take up to 10 days to be sourced. Once the products are ready, additional shipping time for domestic U.S. customers can take 1 - 3 weeks and international customers can wait 2 - 4 weeks. Made-to-order products are created and shipped from the United States.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was marked received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number AND Return Address. We cannot accept returns without this.

You must cancel your order within 48 hours before processing begins. Otherwise the order will enter third party production and/or sourcing queues and be processed normally.
